Getting Started

Sign In

Go to the login page and sign in with your email and password. Your organization may also provide external JWT or SSO options.

Explore the Dashboard

After signing in, you’ll land on your main Orbit Flow Dashboard. From here, you can view dashboards, access agent chat, and manage your account.

Personalize Your Experience

Set your theme, notification preferences, and connect integrations in the settings menu. Admins can also manage org- and account-level features here.


Orbit Flow Dashboards

  • Visualize Data: Dashboards display data using interactive charts, tables, metrics, and markdown components generated by Agents.

  • Customize Layouts: Add, remove, or rearrange components. Drag-and-drop support makes customization easy.

  • Chart Types: Bar, Line, Pie, Radar, Scatter, and more — all theme-aware and responsive.

  • Collaboration: Share dashboards internally or generate secure external links.

  • Export & Embeds: Export dashboards as images or PDFs, or embed them externally with secure tokens.


Agent Chat

  • Converse with Agents: Use the chat section to interact with AI Agents (built-in or marketplace) for insights, actions, and workflow execution.

  • Conversation History: Chats are saved for reference and can be pinned to dashboards.

  • File Uploads: Upload files (CSV, PDF, Excel, etc.) and let agents analyze and summarize them.


Themes

  • Light & Dark Mode: Orbit automatically adapts, or you can set your preference in settings.

Sharing & Permissions

  • Role-Based Access: Share dashboards and chats with org, account, or individual-level permissions.
  • External Sharing: Generate secure, time-limited links for non-logged-in viewers.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Favorite your most-used dashboards and agents for easy access.
  • Explore the Agent Marketplace to add built-in or community agents.
  • Use the Help menu for tutorials, docs, and support.
